Limited Warranty

Leave It Design, LLC d/b/a STATMOUNT™ (hereinafter referred to collectively as “STATMOUNT”) warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship (“Limited Warranty”) for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). This Limited Warranty is expressly limited to original purchases of Products from authorized resellers. This Limited Warranty does not cover any product or part that has been misused, abused, shows excessive wear and tear, or used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use. This Limited Warranty does not include any electronic device mounted or attached to a STATMOUNT product.  Should a covered issue or defect arise during the Warranty Period, STATMOUNT will repair individual components as needed or replace the product at STATMOUNT’s option.  

To the fullest extent allowed by law, this Limited Warranty is exclusive of and STATMOUNT specifically disclaims any and all warranties except for the Limited Warranty outlined above and  makes no other warranties of any kind whatsoever, written, oral, expressed or implied, with respect to the products manufactured and sold by STATMOUNT, whether as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other matter. 

Limitations of Damages

Other than as required under applicable consumer protection law, STATMOUNT shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss or damage occasioned in connection with use of the STATMOUNT products, including but not limited to any damages, incidental or otherwise, caused by use of the products as well as reliance on any information obtained through the STATMOUNT website or promotional materials.  It is the responsibility of the buyer/user to exercise care in the use of the products as well as to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of any content provided by STATMOUNT.  User accepts all responsibility in evaluating his or her ability to install and use Products and accepts the risk that accompanies the intended use of the Product. The Limited Warranty shall be the exclusive remedy for any defects in STATMOUNT products or for damages resulting in any other cause whatsoever, including without limitation, negligence claims against STATMONT.
